Product delivery time

We usually ship within 2 business days to 1 week after receiving your payment.
However, if there is a shortage in stock or during busy periods, shipping may be delayed.
The delivery method will be delivery processing (major shipping company).

Handling of defective products

Please be sure to check the product when it arrives.
We will replace the item if it falls under any of the following items.
Please contact us within 5 days after receiving the product to return it.
-If the purchased product is different from the delivered product -Damaged or dirty product (we may ask you to confirm with a photo)

About returns

If you wish to return a product that is not considered defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product.
*Also, if you wish to return the item, please note that the shipping fee will be borne by the customer. However, we cannot accept returns in the following cases.
•If 6 days or more have passed since the product arrived •The product has been used •The product has been scratched or damaged by the customer •The product has been processed or renovated by the customer• Products that have lost their product labels at the time of delivery

Payment method and payment period

You can use the following payment methods.
Please see our Shipping and Payment Methods page for more information. •Bank transfer (prepayment): We will ship the product after confirming the payment.
•Cash on delivery: Please pay for the product when it is delivered. *Cash on delivery fee will be charged.
•Credit card: VISA, MASTER, DC, and JCB cards are accepted. We will ship the product within 3 business days after placing your order.

Necessary charges other than product price

•Consumption tax (10%)
•Shipping fee will be ¥800 in addition to the price of the ordered product. Shipping is free for orders over 20,000 yen (tax included).
•If you select cash on delivery as your payment method, the following cash on delivery fee will be charged separately depending on the order amount.
~9,999 yen: 330 yen (tax included)
~29,999 yen: 440 yen (tax included)
~99,999 yen: 660 yen (tax included)
~300,000 yen: 1,100 yen (tax included)
•If you select bank transfer fees as your payment method, you are responsible for paying the bank transfer fees at the time of transfer.

Application expiration date

If payment is not confirmed within 7 days from the date of order, we will cancel your order.

This shop uses an online shop server provided by Shopify Japan Co., Ltd.
The submission form is SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) compatible, which encrypts and protects communication between the server and the computer you are using, and prevents prying eyes from viewing the information you enter.
Credit card information is sent directly to the payment server operated by the payment agency using the token method (card information non-passing method).
It will not pass through the online shop server. Additionally, our shop and Shopify Japan Co., Ltd. do not hold any credit card information.
Our payment processing company is fully compliant with PCIDSS, the credit card industry security standard.
